PROBLEM STATEMENT
The existing stakeholder profile is difficult to navigate, lacks consistency, and doesn't surface key information effectively. This makes it hard for users to understand stakeholder needs, track engagement, and make informed decisions. A redesign is needed to improve usability, highlight critical insights, and better support collaboration across teams.
KEY FUNCTIONS
- Reorganisation of data structure and layout to guide users
- Timeline tracking – events, actions, relational entities, custom entities
- Stakeholder priorities and interests captured in a structured, accessible format- - Tagging and categorisation for segmenting stakeholders by theme or focus area
- Integration with other tools (e.g. CRM, project dashboards) for seamless workflow
- Visual indicators (e.g. level of influence, engagement status) for quick insight
- Export or reporting features to support industry standard audit and compliance
