PROBLEM STATEMENT
The purpose of this design is to solve the issue for the client where there original Log In flow does not work with the existing log in API provided by back-end development. Essentially, the account of the users will get locked if the user has entered the incorrect password, PIN or failed to log in using social accounts after a certain amount of attempts. But in the current design, there is no flow for that to direct users for help or solution. Therefore, it resulted the business in losing users as they don't know how to log in because there's no indication that the account is locked nor is there a solution offered for them.

2. Account Lock (Account Lock Notification, Directing Users to the correct solution - Access to customer support)
