PROBLEM STATEMENT
The existing "My Account" section on the Alternative Brewing website lacks essential functionality, making it difficult for customers to manage their orders independently. Users are unable to view detailed information about their past purchases or track the status of current orders directly through their account. As a result, customers must manually contact the customer service team to inquire about order updates or history, leading to frustration, unnecessary delays, and an increased support workload for the business. This gap in the user experience reduces overall customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
