PROBLEM STATEMENT
The purpose of this redesign was to smoothen the friction when users need to manually transfer funds between a chosen API and an in-app wallet. The Client's old design was not user-centric and was thought out to be what was easiest to develop which resulted in users heavily relying on customer service to find a solution to transfer funds. This also heavily impacted on the users trust within the app because it was really hard for them to manage and see where their money was.
In order to decrease the amount of Customer service usage when it comes to transferring funds, I have designed a new flow to simplify this process and for users to manage all their funds.

Increase frequency of using money in wallet and easier for users to use up all their funds which equal higher chance of users spending more money and wallet commissions for the client.
If ‘Auto-Transfer’ is not activated. User will have to go through the Transfer Funds Flow.
If ‘Auto-Transfer’ is activated. Users can enter API straight away as Wallet will automatically transfer ALL funds into API and restore ALL funds when exiting API.
