PROBLEM STATEMENT
Crater Studio is a new start up company in the esports gaming industry in Asia. They have a rewards system where users can collect points by using their app and playing their games. They have noticed in the recent years that their users have not been collecting points as actively as they expected and do no see the value of the in-app points as their primary use is to level up.
RESEARCH
1. Points are addictive to consumers - there is a level of satisfaction that we as consumers experience when we earn something. Especially when we know the reward that awaits us at meeting the earning goal.
2. Users treat Points as a currency when it can exchange for products and this creates extra value to the overall app.
